Each unit has a Master Bedroom, Living/Dining Area, Kitchen and Toilet. Our standard project BIM/CAD project execution process has been implemented to deliver this project.

Scope of Work
Our scope of work for the project included mechanical Heat Load Calculation with MEP design and drafting.
Mechanical: Heat load, Equipment selection and drafting the complete set of permitting drawing.
Hydraulic: Routing the plumbing drainage and water supply systems with sizes as per IPC and produce the complete design set.
Electrical: Electrical System load calculation and producing the lighting and power design plans
