DESIGN AND DRAWING (D & D) SOLUTION has Provided MEP design BIM services for Madera Apartment, in city of Santa FE, New Mexico.
This is a apartment housing buildings more than five buildings two floors and having community building. Our standard BIM/CAD project execution process has been implemented to deliver this project.

Scope of Work
Our scope of work for the project included mechanical Heat Load Calculation with MEP design and BIM drafting to produce design/permit drawings of following trades.
Mechanical: Heat load, Equipment selection and drafting the complete set of permitting design drawing.
Plumbing: Routing the plumbing drainage and water supply systems with sizes as per IPC and produce the complete permit design set.
